Engagement-Driven Wellness Plan
The Engagement-Driven Wellness Plan is built to keep people taking part all year. It mixes popular activity challenges – exercise time, steps, cycling, running and distance – with collective goals and varied points challenges, so there is always something new to talk about and a reason to join in. Each month has a standard target that most people can reach and an advanced target for those who want more.
Use it as a template: copy the months you like, adjust the targets to your team and set the challenges up in YuMuuv. You can find all ready-made plans on the wellness challenge templates page.
