Top 50 Corporate Wellness Software Platforms Compared (2026)

Choosing corporate wellness software isn’t easy: there are dozens of platforms, and they differ a lot in focus, price and how quickly you can launch. To help, we’ve compared 50 corporate wellness and wellness challenge platforms, each with who it suits best, app store and G2 ratings, app languages, single sign-on, security reports and the starting price.

About this list: it is published by YuMuuv, so we’ve put ourselves first – judge for yourself. We last checked every platform on 22 October 2026. App ratings are from the App Store and Google Play in the country where each app has the most ratings, usually its home market; when that is not the US, the country is shown next to the rating. G2 ratings and ranks (the Highest Rated and Easiest to Use lists in G2’s Corporate Wellness category) were read on g2.com on 23 October 2026. “Not found” means we found nothing on the vendor’s website, help center or app store listings. Starting prices are the cheapest product each vendor publishes for a group of 25 people – usually one challenge, one month or one event, or a yearly plan where that is the only option – rechecked on 23 October 2026; euro and pound prices are converted at the ECB rates of 22 October 2026. Prices and ratings change, so check each vendor for current details. Platforms that have been discontinued are listed at the end. Each name links to a detailed comparison with YuMuuv, and you’ll find a checklist for choosing the right platform after the list.

Trusted by: 1,300+ companies in 100+ countries, including teams at Microsoft, DHL, PayPal, Shell and Deloitte. On G2, YuMuuv ranks #1 in Corporate Wellness for both Highest rated (satisfaction score 100) and Easiest to use (usability 9.0/10), from 1,200+ reviews, and holds Leader, Best usability and Best results badges (Fall 2026).

Key advantages:

  • Quick to launch: simple challenges can go live within a day, and most companies launch one to two weeks after signing.
  • Wide device support: connects directly to Apple Health, Health Connect, Google Health (Fitbit), Garmin, Polar and Suunto, and Samsung, Oura and most other watches sync through them – see device integrations.
  • No watch needed: people can record a walk, run, ride or other workout in the app: press Start, and YuMuuv tracks time, GPS distance and steps; the workout then counts in their challenges.
  • Rated highly: 4.8 on the App Store from 1,500+ ratings, 4.4 on Google Play and 4.6 on G2 from 1,200+ reviews.
  • Ready for IT review: single sign-on with SAML or OIDC, a SOC 2 Type II report, ISO 27001 certification in progress and data kept in the EU.
  • Published prices: from $600 for a two-week challenge for 25 people, unlimited challenges in each plan, and the price per person falls as more people join.
  • Fair terms: you pay only for people who join, each employee can invite up to 10 friends or family free, and yearly plans don’t renew automatically.
  • Charity and CSR challenges: turn steps or kilometres into donations for a cause you choose, as HTEC did.

Results from customers: Great Place to Work Ireland reached 100% participation in a step challenge, OEC’s global walking challenge drew 343 participants against a goal of 75, and Southface reached 85% participation.

Not the best fit if: you want the vendor to buy and send rewards, or want challenge progress shown on a virtual route map.

51. How to Choose the Right Corporate Wellness Software

  • Your goals: physical activity, mental wellbeing, team connection – or all three?
  • Your workforce: office, remote, field or shift workers, languages and company size.
  • Device support: does it sync with the phones and wearables your people already use?
  • Ease of launch and admin: how long until your first challenge is live, and how much manual work does it take?
  • Inclusivity: can everyone take part, whatever their fitness level or ability?
  • Pricing model: per user, per challenge or flat fee – what is included, and whether you pay for everyone invited or only for people who join.
  • Data privacy: GDPR compliance, where data is hosted and clear rules on what admins can see.
  • Security review: single sign-on and a SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 report, if your IT team asks for them.
  • Contract terms: minimum term, automatic renewal and notice periods.
  • Proof: case studies and reviews from companies like yours.

52. Why Corporate Wellness Software Matters

Good software makes it easy to run regular challenges, reach remote and deskless employees and see participation at a glance – without spreadsheets. Be realistic about returns: engagement and team connection improve quickly, while health care savings take longer. Read our honest guide to corporate wellness ROI and what the evidence says about health care costs.

53. FAQ

53.1. What is corporate wellness software?

Corporate wellness software helps employers run wellness programs – such as step, activity, sleep or mindfulness challenges – and track participation, usually through a mobile app connected to phones and wearables.

53.2. How much does corporate wellness software cost?

Among the platforms that publish prices, the cheapest plan covering a small team (around 25 users) for a full year ranged from about $500 to $5,000 in October 2026, while many enterprise platforms only give quotes or set minimums of several hundred or 1,000 people. Only about half of the platforms show a price for a single challenge or month on their website; YuMuuv starts at $600 for up to two weeks with unlimited challenges, and its price per person falls as more people join. Ask vendors for a quote based on your headcount.

53.3. How quickly can we launch?

Anything from a day to several months. Self-serve apps can start the same day, while managed or enterprise programmes take from about four weeks (Wellable) to 120 days (Personify Health’s Complete plan). With YuMuuv, simple challenges can go live within a day, and most companies launch one to two weeks after signing.

53.4. Do employees need a fitness tracker?

No. Most platforms count steps from the phone’s own health app (Apple Health or Health Connect), and many let people log workouts by hand. A watch or ring adds more activity types and better accuracy. Check that the platform connects to the devices your people already use.

53.5. Which corporate wellness software is best?

It depends on what you need: see the quick picks at the top of this page. On G2, users rank YuMuuv #1 in Corporate Wellness for both satisfaction and ease of use. For a global workforce that needs a fast launch, single sign-on and published prices, we built YuMuuv; for health assessments and benefits in one place, the large enterprise platforms fit better; for a single low-cost event, a per-challenge tool may be enough.
