The short answer

Both ran team challenges for companies. teroGO, formerly atlasGO, turned activity into donations and planted trees, but it has been discontinued and its owners decided in September 2026 to liquidate the company; YuMuuv is a live challenge app with published prices, 50 languages and single sign-on.

Choose YuMuuv if you…

  • used teroGO and need a replacement that is live in both app stores
  • want to see the price first and pay only for people who join
  • have people in many countries: the app runs in 50 languages
  • need single sign-on and a SOC 2 Type II report for IT and security approval

TeroGo may suit you better if you…

  • valued every activity raising money for a cause or planting trees, as teroGO did while it ran
  • want in-person team-building events, which Tero still organises in Belgium and Luxembourg
  • wanted green actions such as gardening or picking up litter to count alongside sport

Four differences that matter

  • Live and highly rated

YuMuuv is live in both app stores, rated 4.8 from 1,500+ US App Store ratings and #1 for satisfaction and ease of use on G2. teroGO has been removed from both stores, and its company decided in September 2026 to liquidate.

  • Prices you can see

YuMuuv publishes prices for every team size and length, from $600, and you pay only for people who join. We found no published prices for teroGO while it was on sale.

  • Launch within two weeks

YuMuuv is technically ready within a day, and most companies launch one to two weeks after signing. teroGO's support addresses were on atlasgo.org, which now leads to an unrelated website.

  • Ready for IT review

YuMuuv includes single sign-on (SAML, OIDC), holds a SOC 2 Type II report and keeps data in the EU. We found no single sign-on or security certification for teroGO.
