I was charged for a YuMuuv subscription. How do I cancel it?

YuMuuv never charges individual people; companies pay for it. The charge is from another company, so check the merchant name on your statement.

1. Check the merchant name on your bank or card statement.
2. Check your App Store or Google Play subscriptions for the exact app name and developer, and cancel it there.
3. Contact that company, or your bank if you can’t tell who charged you.

We can’t see or cancel subscriptions with other companies. If you still think the charge is from us, send support a screenshot and we’ll check.
