The app crashes, freezes or won’t load

  1. Install any YuMuuv update from the App Store or Google Play, and update your phone’s system.
  2. Close the app fully by swiping it away, then open it again. Restart your phone if needed.
  3. Still failing? Delete YuMuuv, install it again and log in with the same email. Your account and results stay as they are.

If it keeps happening, send support a screenshot, your app version and phone model. If many people have the problem at once, see The app is down or slow.
