- Challenges & points Can people with disabilities take part on equal terms? Yes. Your organiser can have manual entry turned on just for you, and the Activity converter turns other activity, such as wheelchair use, into steps.
- Adding or fixing steps I joined late. Why aren’t my earlier days showing? Depending on your device, YuMuuv may not receive data from before you connected it. Send support a screenshot of each missing day since the challenge started and they can add it.
- Challenges & points Do cycling, swimming or yoga count in my challenge? It depends on what your challenge measures. In a step challenge they add few or no steps, but in a workout-minutes challenge any recorded workout counts.
- Adding or fixing steps How do I add steps or a workout by hand? If your challenge or your organiser allows manual entry, open Activities in the latest YuMuuv app and tap the green Record activity button.
- App & account How do I change the app language? Tap your profile circle (top right), open Your details and pick your language. The app changes straight away.
- Teams How do I create or register a new team? If your organiser allows it, create the team yourself in the app under Your details. If your organiser collects team names, send your team name to them.
- Privacy & data How do I delete my account? Tap your profile circle, open Your details, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Your account and its data are deleted for good.
- Teams How do I see who is in my team? Open the challenge’s Leaderboard, go to the Individuals tab, tap the filter button and choose your team.
- App & account How do I turn notifications on or off? Open Inbox (bottom right), tap Preferences (top right) and choose what you want to get. If nothing arrives at all, also allow notifications for YuMuuv in your phone’s settings.
- Adding or fixing steps I added steps by hand in a health app. Why don’t they count? Steps and workouts typed into Apple Health, Health Connect or Google Fit don’t count. Only activity your phone, watch or ring recorded counts, which keeps the challenge fair.
- Connecting a device I use a Huawei watch or phone. How can I take part? YuMuuv can’t read Huawei Health directly, so what works depends on your phone. On an iPhone or another Android phone there’s a route; on a Huawei phone there’s no automatic one.
- Joining & sign-up code It says the community has exceeded its user limit Your company or community has reached its maximum number of users. Ask your organiser, who can ask YuMuuv support to raise the limit.
- Teams I’m in the wrong team. Can I change it? If your organiser allows switching, change it yourself under Your details. If not, ask your organiser or admin to move you.
- Joining & sign-up code My country isn’t in the list. How do I change my country? Open Your details, scroll to Companies and communities and swipe left to the country list. If your country is missing, ask your organiser or support to add it.
- Can't log in The app says my account is deactivated Usually your organiser has paused or deactivated the account, for example after an earlier challenge. Ask them to reactivate it.
- Challenges & points Who gives out the prizes? Your organiser does. YuMuuv doesn’t manage or send prizes.
- Challenges & points Why can I only mark some activities as done? Your organiser set those as one-click activities with a fixed amount. Do the activity as the challenge describes, then tap Mark as done to get its points.
- Adding or fixing steps Why can’t I add activity by hand? Your challenge organiser decides whether manual entry is allowed. If it’s off, your activity has to come from your phone or watch.
- Teams Why can’t I join or choose a team? Your organiser controls team choice. The team may be full, team selection may have ended, or only admins may assign teams.
- Teams Why didn’t my team’s score go up by all my steps? Many team challenges rank teams by the average per member, so your steps are divided by the number of people in your team. Your organiser chooses total or average when creating the challenge.
