• Challenges & points Can I make a private challenge with friends or family? Yes, for up to 10 people, who don’t need to be from your company.
• For organisers Can I hide individual results in a team challenge? Yes. Team challenges can be set to show or hide individual contributions. Admins can still export each person’s results.
• For organisers Can we close registration or team joining after a date? Yes. Tell support the date and we’ll close registration. To stop people creating or joining teams, turn on Only admins can assign teams.
• Buying YuMuuv Can we show the leaderboard on our intranet or office screens? Yes. Ask support for an embeddable leaderboard link and tell us the web page where you’ll show it.
• App & account How do I change the email on my account? You can’t change it in the app. Contact support with your current email and the new one, and we’ll change it for you.
• For organisers How do I create a company challenge? Go to Challenges, tap the green Create button and choose your company as the organiser.
• Teams How do I create or register a new team? If your organiser allows it, create the team yourself in the app under Your details. If your organiser collects team names, send your team name to them.
• For organisers How do I message all participants? Use Announcements: tap your profile circle, choose Announcements, then Create announcement.
• For organisers How do I remove someone from a challenge or from our company? People can leave a challenge themselves. To remove someone from your company, or a duplicate entry, contact support and tell us who.
• Teams How do I see who is in my team? Open the challenge’s Leaderboard, go to the Individuals tab, tap the filter button and choose your team.
• For organisers How do I set up teams? Go to Admin, open Groups and create the teams, or let participants create their own. Then turn on the team leaderboard in the challenge.
• Joining & sign-up code I’m in more than one company or community. How do I join another? Open Your details, scroll to Companies and communities, tap Join another and enter the sign-up code you were given.
• Teams I’m in the wrong team. Can I change it? If your organiser allows switching, change it yourself under Your details. If not, ask your organiser or admin to move you.
• Challenges & points My steps show in YuMuuv but don’t count in the challenge. Why? Usually you haven’t joined the challenge yet, it started later, or it measures something other than steps. Check the challenge’s Info tab.
• Privacy & data What can my employer and colleagues see? Others see your name, your team and country if you chose them, and your results in challenges you join.

• Joining & sign-up code Where do I get my sign-up code? Your sign-up code comes from your employer or whoever invited you, usually HR or the challenge organiser. Support can’t send it to you.
• Challenges & points Who gives out the prizes? Your organiser does. YuMuuv doesn’t manage or send prizes.
• Teams Why can’t I join or choose a team? Your organiser controls team choice. The team may be full, team selection may have ended, or only admins may assign teams.
• Teams Why didn’t my team’s score go up by all my steps? Many team challenges rank teams by the average per member, so your steps are divided by the number of people in your team. Your organiser chooses total or average when creating the challenge.
