• For organisers Can I download the photos from the challenge chat? Yes, on a computer. Open the challenge chat in the web app and use the export button there. The photos download as a zip file.
• For organisers Can I hide individual results in a team challenge? Yes. Team challenges can be set to show or hide individual contributions. Admins can still export each person’s results.
• For organisers Can I upload a list of users? No. There’s no CSV or user list import. People register themselves with your sign-up code, or sign in through SSO.

• For organisers How do I add or correct activity for a participant? Go to Admin, then Import data, and upload the person’s total for each day. The upload replaces that day’s total, it doesn’t add to it.
• For organisers How do I export results? Open the challenge, go to the Info tab and tap Export (top right). You get an Excel file with each person’s total and daily results.
• For organisers How do I stop cheating or unrealistic results? Set a daily limit per user. Anything above it doesn’t count, whatever caused it.
• Challenges & points My challenge disappeared. Where are the results? When a challenge ends, it moves to the Past view. Open Challenges and switch to Past to see it and its final results.
• Privacy & data What can my employer and colleagues see? Others see your name, your team and country if you chose them, and your results in challenges you join.
• For organisers What do the company statistics show? Statistics is a monthly report for admins with engagement, activity and challenge figures. Participants don’t see it.
