• Challenges & points Can I make a private challenge with friends or family? Yes, for up to 10 people, who don’t need to be from your company.
• For organisers Can I hide individual results in a team challenge? Yes. Team challenges can be set to show or hide individual contributions. Admins can still export each person’s results.
• App & account Can I use YuMuuv on my computer? Yes. Go to app.yumuuv.com and log in with the same email and password as in the app. Apple Health and Health Connect can only be connected in the phone app.
• Buying YuMuuv Can we show the leaderboard on our intranet or office screens? Yes. Ask support for an embeddable leaderboard link and tell us the web page where you’ll show it.
• Buying YuMuuv Does YuMuuv connect to our HR systems? YuMuuv connects to your sign-in system through single sign-on (SAML or OIDC, including Microsoft Entra ID) or Google Workspace, and to employees’ fitness devices.
• Adding or fixing steps How do I add steps or a workout by hand? If your challenge or your organiser allows manual entry, open Activities in the latest YuMuuv app and tap the green Record activity button.
• For organisers How do I create a company challenge? Go to Challenges, tap the green Create button and choose your company as the organiser.
• Teams How do I see who is in my team? Open the challenge’s Leaderboard, go to the Individuals tab, tap the filter button and choose your team.
• For organisers How do I set up teams? Go to Admin, open Groups and create the teams, or let participants create their own. Then turn on the team leaderboard in the challenge.
• For organisers How do I stop cheating or unrealistic results? Set a daily limit per user. Anything above it doesn’t count, whatever caused it.
• Joining & sign-up code I can’t find or join my company’s challenge Check that you registered with your company’s sign-up code, then open Challenges and tap the green Join button. The leaderboard only shows after you join.
• Challenges & points My challenge disappeared. Where are the results? When a challenge ends, it moves to the Past view. Open Challenges and switch to Past to see it and its final results.
• For organisers What do the company statistics show? Statistics is a monthly report for admins with engagement, activity and challenge figures. Participants don’t see it.
• Challenges & points What do the scoring terms on the leaderboard mean? Each challenge measures one thing, shown on its Info tab. Here is what each term means.
