I can’t find or join my company’s challenge

Signing up makes you part of your company, but it doesn’t join you to a challenge. Until you tap Join, you don’t appear on the leaderboard or in your team. If the challenge uses teams, pick your team when you join. If your organiser turned on auto-join, you’re added automatically.

If the challenge isn’t in the list:

  • Check you’re logged in with the email you registered for your company. Tap your profile circle to see it.
  • Update YuMuuv to the latest version.
  • Tap Current (top right) to switch between current and past challenges.
