Joining & sign-up code
What’s stopping you?
- Where do I get my sign-up code? Your sign-up code comes from your employer or whoever invited you, usually HR or the challenge organiser. Support can’t send it to you.
- My sign-up code doesn’t work Type the code exactly as you got it and use the newest one. If you already have an account, tap Login instead of Sign up.
- I can’t find or join my company’s challenge Check that you registered with your company’s sign-up code, then open Challenges and tap the green Join button. The leaderboard only shows after you join.
- I’m in more than one company or community. How do I join another? Open Your details, scroll to Companies and communities, tap Join another and enter the sign-up code you were given.
- I can’t download the app from Google Play Search for YuMuuv in the App Store or Google Play. If you can’t use Google Play, install the Android app from yumuuv.com/direct-install or use app.yumuuv.com in a browser.
- My country isn’t in the list. How do I change my country? Open Your details, scroll to Companies and communities and swipe left to the country list. If your country is missing, ask your organiser or support to add it.
- It says the community has exceeded its user limit Your company or community has reached its maximum number of users. Ask your organiser, who can ask YuMuuv support to raise the limit.
- My company or school isn’t in the list of groups in a public challenge YuMuuv adds companies and schools to a public challenge’s group list when they become a client or contact us. Ask your company or school to get in touch, or contact us yourself with its exact name.
- How do I leave a challenge? Open the challenge, tap the three dots (•••) in the top right corner and choose Leave challenge.
