Can't log in
What happens when you try?
- I click that I forgot my password, but I do not get the email Forgot your password, entered your email address but nothing came to your email?
- The app says “Something went wrong” when I log in or sign up Update the app, then try again on mobile data instead of company Wi-Fi. If it still fails, try app.yumuuv.com in a browser.
- I’ve used YuMuuv before. Do I sign up again or log in? Log in. Tap Login and use your email and your own password; tapping Sign up again creates a second account.
- The app says my account is deactivated Usually your organiser has paused or deactivated the account, for example after an earlier challenge. Ask them to reactivate it.
- I have two YuMuuv accounts, or I’m listed twice Contact support and tell us which account to keep. We delete the other one, and the earlier challenge data on it is lost.
