- Connecting a device Will I lose my data if I change phone or watch? No. Your results are saved in your YuMuuv account, not on the phone. Log in to the same account on your new phone and connect your watch or health app again.
- Connecting a device Can I connect two devices at once? No. Each YuMuuv account has one integration active at a time, and YuMuuv counts only what that integration sends.
- Adding or fixing steps How do I correct wrong steps? Send support a screenshot from your device’s app showing the date and the daily total for each wrong day. If activity is only missing and your challenge allows manual entry, you can add it yourself.
- For organisers How do I remove someone from a challenge or from our company? People can leave a challenge themselves. To remove someone from your company, or a duplicate entry, contact support and tell us who.
- For organisers How do I stop cheating or unrealistic results? Set a daily limit per user. Anything above it doesn’t count, whatever caused it.
- Adding or fixing steps I added the wrong amount by hand. How do I fix it? Fix or remove it in the same place you added it. If you can’t, email support with the date and what you entered, and we’ll correct it.
- Can't log in I have two YuMuuv accounts, or I’m listed twice Contact support and tell us which account to keep. We delete the other one, and the earlier challenge data on it is lost.
- Joining & sign-up code My sign-up code doesn’t work Type the code exactly as you got it and use the newest one. If you already have an account, tap Login instead of Sign up.
- Data not syncing My steps are counted twice or are much higher than my watch shows Two apps or devices probably send steps for the same day, for example your phone and your watch. Keep one main step source, then send support a screenshot to fix the days already counted.
- Data not syncing My steps in YuMuuv don’t match my watch, ring or phone YuMuuv shows the steps your integration sends, so compare with Apple Health, Health Connect or your watch’s app first. A difference usually means steps went missing or were counted twice on the way.
