• For organisers Can I upload a list of users? No. There’s no CSV or user list import. People register themselves with your sign-up code, or sign in through SSO.
• For organisers Can we use single sign-on (SSO)? Yes. Single sign-on is available with SAML and OIDC, for example Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. We set it up with you during onboarding.
• Buying YuMuuv Does YuMuuv connect to our HR systems? YuMuuv connects to your sign-in system through single sign-on (SAML or OIDC, including Microsoft Entra ID) or Google Workspace, and to employees’ fitness devices.
• For organisers How do I invite employees? Share your company’s sign-up code. You find it under your profile icon, then Admin, then Sign-up Code.
• Buying YuMuuv How long does setup take? Usually 1 to 2 weeks from signing to launch.
• Joining & sign-up code Where do I get my sign-up code? Your sign-up code comes from your employer or whoever invited you, usually HR or the challenge organiser. Support can’t send it to you.
