• Data not syncing Apple Health is connected, but my steps aren’t showing YuMuuv is usually connected but not allowed to read your steps. Turn on Steps and Walking + Running Distance for YuMuuv in your iPhone’s Health settings, then open YuMuuv and tap Update your data.
• Challenges & points How are exercise minutes counted? Exercise minutes are the length of workouts you start and stop on your watch or phone app. They aren’t intensity or active minutes, and everyday walking usually doesn’t count.
• Connecting a device How do I connect Apple Health so my steps count? In the YuMuuv app on your iPhone, choose Apple Health under Change integration and allow all permissions. Apple Health only connects in the phone app, not in the web version.

• Challenges & points My challenge counts distance. Why don’t my steps count? A distance challenge counts the distance your phone or watch records, not your steps. YuMuuv doesn’t turn steps into distance.
• Privacy & data Where is my data stored? On AWS in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1), with backups in the EU.
