• Data not syncing One day’s steps are missing or showed up on the next day Usually the day is just late. Let your device’s app sync, then open YuMuuv and tap Update your data; steps saved in Apple Health or Health Connect still come through.
• Privacy & data What personal data does YuMuuv collect about our employees? Only name, email and time zone are required. Activity data comes only from the device or app each person connects, and YuMuuv doesn’t collect location.
• App & account When does my challenge end, and how do I change my time zone? Each challenge ends at midnight in your own time zone. Results can still change for up to 72 hours afterwards while late data syncs.
