My Zwift, Peloton or Strava workout is in Garmin Connect but not in YuMuuv

Garmin doesn’t pass on workouts that other apps send to Garmin Connect, so YuMuuv never receives them.

Garmin only shares workouts recorded on a Garmin device or in Garmin’s own app. What you can do:

• Record the workout on your Garmin watch at the same time, so it’s saved as a Garmin activity.
• If your challenge allows manual entry, add the workout yourself. See How do I add steps or a workout by hand?
• Otherwise contact support with a screenshot of the workout showing the date and duration.
