How do I include people who can’t wear a tracker?

• Manual entry for some people: send support their names. We turn it on only for them, and everyone else keeps automatic syncing. They add activity in the app on top of what their watch or phone syncs. See How do I add activity by hand?

For other activity, such as wheelchair use or cycling, people can use the Activity converter and add the result by hand. Converted steps aren’t added automatically.
