How do I turn manual entry on or off?

Open the challenge, tap Edit goal, switch Manual entry on or off and tap Save. This applies to everyone in the challenge.

Manual entry is off unless you turn it on. To allow it for only some people, such as staff who can’t wear a watch at work, leave it off and send support their names. We turn it on just for them.

Before you turn it off during a challenge: this can remove manual entries people have already added. If only a few people need it, ask us to keep it on just for them.
