It depends on what your challenge measures. In a step challenge they add few or no steps, but in a workout-minutes challenge any recorded workout counts.
YuMuuv can’t read Huawei Health directly, so what works depends on your phone. On an iPhone or another Android phone there’s a route; on a Huawei phone there’s no automatic one.
YuMuuv connects to your sign-in system through single sign-on (SAML or OIDC, including Microsoft Entra ID) or Google Workspace, and to employees’ fitness devices.
Steps and workouts typed into Apple Health, Health Connect or Google Fit don’t count. Only activity your phone, watch or ring recorded counts, which keeps the challenge fair.
Search for YuMuuv in the App Store or Google Play. If you can’t use Google Play, install the Android app from yumuuv.com/direct-install or use app.yumuuv.com in a browser.
Many team challenges rank teams by the average per member, so your steps are divided by the number of people in your team. Your organiser chooses total or average when creating the challenge.
Depending on your device, YuMuuv may not receive data from before you connected it. Send support a screenshot of each missing day since the challenge started and they can add it.
Open Your details, scroll to Companies and communities and swipe left to the country list. If your country is missing, ask your organiser or support to add it.
First check that your steps are in your watch’s app, Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android). YuMuuv only reads from there, so if they’re missing there, the problem is between your device and that app.
