My steps show in YuMuuv but don’t count in the challenge. Why?

Usually you haven’t joined the challenge yet, it started later, or it measures something other than steps. Check the challenge’s Info tab.

1. Joined: open Challenges and tap the green Join button next to the challenge, and pick a team if it has teams. Being registered in your company isn’t enough.
2. Dates: only activity from the challenge start date counts.
3. What it measures: the Info tab shows it. Some challenges count exercise minutes, distance or points instead of steps.
4. Team score: if it’s an average, your steps are divided by the number of team members. See Why didn’t my team’s score go up by all my steps?

If your steps aren’t in YuMuuv at all, see My data isn’t syncing. Still wrong? Send support a screenshot of your Progress tab and the challenge’s Info tab.
