Can we use single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. Single sign-on is available with SAML and OIDC, for example Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. We set it up with you during onboarding.

Only a few companies use it. We agree with your IT team which email domains can sign in. If colleagues with another email domain can’t sign in, for example at a subsidiary, ask support to add that domain. Access follows your identity provider: when someone is removed there, they lose access to YuMuuv.

For participants: if your company set up single sign-on, sign in with your work account. Otherwise, sign in with your email. If the app says your email isn’t enabled for SSO, tap Sign up and use your company’s sign-up code, your email and a password.
