Why can’t I join or choose a team?

Your organiser controls team choice. The team may be full, team selection may have ended, or only admins may assign teams.

• The team is full. Your organiser sets the maximum team size. People who chose the team but haven’t joined the challenge yet still take a place.
• Team selection has ended. You can still join the challenge and take part as an individual.
• Only admins assign teams. Your organiser puts people into teams, so you can’t choose one yourself.
• You’re already in a team. You can be in only one team at a time. See I’m in the wrong team. Can I change it?
