How do I set up teams?
Go to Admin, open Groups and create the teams, or let participants create their own. Then turn on the team leaderboard in the challenge.
- Tap your profile icon (top right), choose Admin and open Groups.
- Create teams, see who is in each one, or rename a team with the pencil icon.
- When you create the challenge, turn on the team leaderboard and choose total (SUM) or average per member (AVG). Average is fairer when teams differ in size.
Participants can create or join a team under Your details, unless you turn on Only admins can assign teams in the Groups settings. They need no team code, only your sign-up code. To move someone, change the team next to their name in the user list. Contact support to set a maximum team size.
Tip: join with a test account to see what participants see.
