Where do I get my sign-up code?
Your sign-up code comes from your employer or whoever invited you, usually HR or the challenge organiser. Support can’t send it to you.
- Each company has its own code. Look in the invitation email or on your company’s page about the challenge.
- A QR code on a poster or in an email only downloads the app. You still need the sign-up code.
- Teams don’t have their own code. The company code is the only one you need.
- You use the code once, when you sign up. After that, log in with your email and password.
If your company set up single sign-on, sign in with your work account. Otherwise sign up with your email, a password and the code. Don’t use Sign up with Google unless your organiser tells you to.
