Connecting Oura to YuMuuv

Oura with iOS device

Connect with Apple Health (Oura > Apple Health > YuMuuv)

1. Go to Apple Health
2. Click on the initials of your name in the upper right corner
3. Tap Apps
4. Choose Oura
5. Tap ‘Turn On All’
6. Now you can connect your Apple Health to YuMuuv. 

Data exported from Oura to Apple Health: active energy, resting energy, heart rate, mindful minutes, sleep (we currently do not sync this data to the YuMuuv app).

Oura with Android device

Connect with Google Fit (Oura > Google Fit > YuMuuv)

1. Go to Oura app
2. Go to the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the Home tab
3. Click Settings
4. Choose Google Fit
5. Enable the three parameters
6. Now you can connect your Google Fit to YuMuuv. 

Data exported from Oura to Google Fit: mindful minutes, sleep measurements (we currently do not sync this data to the YuMuuv app).
