Connecting Oura to YuMuuv

Oura with iOS device

Connect with Apple Health (Oura > Apple Health > YuMuuv)

1. Go to Oura app
2. Go to the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the Oura App's home screen
3. Tap Settings
4. Under Data Sharing tap Apple Health
5. Enable the following parameters
   • Connect to Health
   • Save Mindful Minutes to Health
6. Open Apple Health
7. Tap your profile circle in the upper-right corner of the Apple Health app
8. Under "Privacy," select Apps
9. Select Oura
10. Select which categories you'd like to share between Oura and Apple Health
11. Now you can connect your Apple Health to YuMuuv. 

Oura with Android device

Connect with Health Connect (Oura > Health Connect > YuMuuv)

1. Go to Oura app
2. Go to the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the Oura App's home screen
3. Tap Settings
4. Under Data Sharing tap Health Connect
5. Use the toggles to select which data to share between your Oura App and Health Connect
6. Now you can connect your Health Connect to YuMuuv.
