Google Fit with Android device

Connect with Health Connect (Google Fit > Health Connect > YuMuuv)

1. Open Google Fit
2. Tap "Profile" in the bottom right corner
3. Open Settings (tap the cog icon in the top)
4. Under Health Connect settings, enable "Sync Fit with Health Connect"
5. Tap "Set up"
6. Tap "Allow all" and then "Allow" in the bottom right corner
7. Tap "Done"
8. Now you can connect your Health Connect to YuMuuv. 

Google Fit with iOS device

On iPhone, it's currently not possible to sync activity data from Google Fit to Apple Health.
