Adding or fixing steps
What do you want to do?
- Record an activity in the YuMuuv app No sports watch, and you'd rather not install yet another tracking app? Record your workout directly in YuMuuv: choose the activity, press Start, press Stop when you're done. The workout is saved to your activities and counts in your challenges.
- How do I add steps or a workout by hand? If your challenge or your organiser allows manual entry, open Activities in the latest YuMuuv app and tap the green Record activity button.
- Why can’t I add activity by hand? Your challenge organiser decides whether manual entry is allowed. If it’s off, your activity has to come from your phone or watch.
- How do I correct wrong steps? Send support a screenshot from your device’s app showing the date and the daily total for each wrong day. If activity is only missing and your challenge allows manual entry, you can add it yourself.
- I added the wrong amount by hand. How do I fix it? Fix or remove it in the same place you added it. If you can’t, email support with the date and what you entered, and we’ll correct it.
- I added steps by hand in a health app. Why don’t they count? Steps and workouts typed into Apple Health, Health Connect or Google Fit don’t count. Only activity your phone, watch or ring recorded counts, which keeps the challenge fair.
- I joined late. Why aren’t my earlier days showing? Depending on your device, YuMuuv may not receive data from before you connected it. Send support a screenshot of each missing day since the challenge started and they can add it.
