4. Edit profile

After the code, email, and password are confirmed, you have to add your name and select a timezone. If your company has added teams and/or countries, you can choose them during the onboarding.

YuMuuv Activity Index
If the company has enabled the activity index page, you can enter the required information there. 

Only your name (+ team and country if chosen) is visible to others, all personal data is just visible to yourself and to YuMuuv for activity formula calculations.
