YuMuuv connects directly to Garmin, Polar and Suunto, and to Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. Most other watches and rings work through Apple Health or Health Connect.

Yes. Tell support the date and we’ll close registration. To stop people creating or joining teams, turn on Only admins can assign teams.

Open the challenge, go to the Info tab and tap Export (top right). You get an Excel file with each person’s total and daily results.

Statistics is a monthly report for admins with engagement, activity and challenge figures. Participants don’t see it.

Yes. Team challenges can be set to show or hide individual contributions. Admins can still export each person’s results.

Yes, on a computer. Open the challenge chat in the web app and use the export button there. The photos download as a zip file.

Any admin can do it. Tap your profile icon, choose Admin, search for the person, tick the box next to their name and grant admin rights.

Yes. Support can set up a community for each group with its own sign-up code, or a separate company account for groups that run their own challenges.

Ask support to turn on manual entry just for those people, or add their activity yourself with Import data.
