My company or school isn’t in the list of groups in a public challenge

YuMuuv adds companies and schools to a public challenge’s group list when they become a client or contact us. Ask your company or school to get in touch, or contact us yourself with its exact name.

Once it’s added, choose it in the app:

1. Tap your profile circle (top right) and open Your details.
2. Scroll to Companies and communities and find the challenge’s community.
3. Swipe left until you see the group list, and pick your group.

Contact support with the challenge name and the exact name of the group you need.
