Our company network blocks YuMuuv. What should IT allowlist?

Allow app.yumuuv.com and app-api.yumuuv.com, and allow email from yumuuv.com. Allow the domains, not IP addresses, because the addresses can change.

If people can’t log in or sign up on company Wi-Fi, or login codes don’t arrive, a firewall or email filter is probably blocking YuMuuv. Ask your IT team to allow:

• app.yumuuv.com, the web app
• app-api.yumuuv.com, which the app uses to load data
• email from yumuuv.com, sent through SendGrid

Quick test: if the app works on mobile data but not on office Wi-Fi, the office network is the cause.
