Your account was created after the start date of the challenge but no activity data before the registration date is reflected in YuMuuv? No problem!

Depending on your service provider, YuMuuv may not receive your activity data from the period before you signed up. For security reasons. But in case your company's challenge has started earlier than your data indicates, send an email to our customer support and they will help you enter previous numbers. Users cannot manually add data themselves.
