I can't find or join the challenge my company is running — how do I fix this?
Make sure you signed up using your company's unique sign-up code (provided by your admin or HR team). If the challenge has 'Auto-join' enabled, you will be added automatically. If not, go to the Challenges page in the app and look for open challenges to join. If you still can't find the challenge, contact your company admin to confirm: (1) you registered with the correct code, (2) the challenge is active, and (3) auto-join is enabled or you have been manually added.
