Connecting Samsung to YuMuuv

Samsung with Android device

Connect with Health Connect (Samsung Health > Health Connect > YuMuuv)

  1. Open Samsung Health app
  2. Open Settings
  3. Select Health Connect
  4. Now Samsung Health asks for permission to send your activity data to Health Connect
  5. Click Allow all and click Allow
  6. Now you can connect your Health Connect to YuMuuv.

Samsung Health to Health Connect sync not working

If you have enabled sync from Samsung Health to Health Connect but no data has been transferred, try the following steps:

  1. Ensure that Samsung Health has the Android “Location” permission enabled.
  2. In Samsung Health settings, enable “Sync with Samsung account”.
  3. Force quit the Samsung Health app from the background and open it again.
  4. Revoke Health Connect permissions for Samsung Health, then grant them again.
