My Apple Health isn’t syncing to YuMuuv
If your Apple Health doesn't sync with YuMuuv, first check that the activity data in the Apple Health app is the same as on your activity monitor. Often, the activity monitor data is not immediately sent to Apple Health, and therefore not to YuMuuv.
To do this, open Browse and then Activity in Apple Health.
The steps, distance and exercise minutes should be the same here as on your activity monitor.
However, this does not mean that the exercise minutes you see here should be the same as the active minutes in YuMuuv. In YuMuuv, we calculate activity minutes by heart rate (read more about the activity formula).

Very good, please check if you have given permission for Apple Health to transfer data to YuMuuv. You can check/change this in the Health app:
- Browse
- Circle with picture of you in the right top corner
- Apps
- YuMuuv
- At least Active Energy, Heart Rate (unimportant if you're not using an activity monitor), Resting Energy and Steps should be green
If this seems a confusing process, an easy option is to reconnect Apple Health as your service provider in YuMuuv:
- Open YuMuuv app
- In the top right corner, click on your initials.
- Your details
- Change service provider
- Connect with Apple Health
- At least Active Energy, Heart Rate (unimportant if you're not using an activity monitor), Resting Energy and Steps should be green
Please also check if you have turned on YuMuuv under mobile data. Here’s how you can do it:
- Go to your phone and open settings
- Click 'Mobile Data'
- Scroll down, find YuMuuv and see if it’s turned on (should be green)
