I click that I forgot my password, but I do not get the email
Forgot your password, entered your email address but nothing came to your inbox?
Then there are three options:
- You entered the wrong email, not the one you used to create your YuMuuv account at the beginning.
- You accidentally made a typo when entering your email address during signing up and now the system can not find you to send you an email.
- Your email has a Spam Block and the password reset email cannot get through it.
All three options are easy to fix so if the password recovery email does not reach your inbox, feel free to contact our customer support and together we will get you back on board!
