How do we get or pay our invoice?

Invoices come by email from YuMuuv. You can pay by bank transfer or by card through a payment link.

• Need a copy or a new payment link? Contact us. Payment links can expire.
• Vendor setup: YuMuuv is an EU company based in Estonia, so we provide a W-8 form, not a W-9. We can also fill in your supplier forms.
• Wrong company name on the invoice? Tell us the correct legal entity and we’ll reissue it.
• Card statement shows a slightly higher amount? That’s usually a fee from your card provider. We only charge the invoice amount.

If more people join than your agreement covers, we may send an additional invoice.
