- Can we see a demo or try YuMuuv? Yes. Book a demo and we’ll walk you through the platform.
- Can we show the leaderboard on our intranet or office screens? Yes. Ask support for an embeddable leaderboard link and tell us the web page where you’ll show it.
- Does YuMuuv connect to our HR systems? YuMuuv connects to your sign-in system through single sign-on (SAML or OIDC, including Microsoft Entra ID) or Google Workspace, and to employees’ fitness devices.
- How do we get or pay our invoice? Invoices come by email from YuMuuv. You can pay by bank transfer or by card through a payment link.
- How fast does support reply? Within 1 business day.
- How long does setup take? Usually 1 to 2 weeks from signing to launch.
- How much does YuMuuv cost, and how is it billed? Companies pay; participants never do. Prices depend on the number of users and how long you run challenges.
- Is YuMuuv accessible? The platform conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Is YuMuuv secure and GDPR-compliant? YuMuuv holds SOC 2 Type II certification and hosts data in the EU (AWS Frankfurt).
- Our contract is ending. How do we renew or run another challenge? Contact your YuMuuv contact or support before the end date and tell us your next challenge dates. Your company account and users stay, so returning people just log in.
