What others see, deleting your data
- How do I delete my account? Tap your profile circle, open Your details, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Your account and its data are deleted for good.
- How do I get a copy of my data or use my GDPR rights? Contact support and tell us what you need, such as a copy of your data or a correction.
- How long do you keep our company’s data? By default we keep company data for 12 months after your contract ends. We delete it sooner if you ask.
- I got a welcome email from YuMuuv but didn’t sign up Someone probably typed your email by mistake when signing up. Tell support and we’ll delete the account.
- What can my employer and colleagues see? Others see your name, your team and country if you chose them, and your results in challenges you join.
- What personal data does YuMuuv collect about our employees? Only name, email and time zone are required. Activity data comes only from the device or app each person connects, and YuMuuv doesn’t collect location.
- Where is my data stored? On AWS in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1), with backups in the EU.
