1. How is YuMuuv priced?
YuMuuv is priced based on registered participants and challenge duration. You choose how many users will join and whether you want access for 1 month, 1 year or your custom period. The calculator shows your total investment in your selected currency.
2. Do we pay for all employees or only registered users?
You only pay for people who actually participate. Unlike some platforms that charge by total headcount, YuMuuv pricing is based on the number of users who join the challenges, so you don’t waste budget on non-registered accounts.
3. Can we run unlimited challenges with YuMuuv?
Yes. During your chosen period (1 month or 1 year), you can run an unlimited number of challenges. You’re not limited to templates – you can fully customize goals, content, communication and challenge formats.
4. Can family and friends join our challenges?
Yes. To increase motivation, employees can invite spouses and close friends via private challenges. You can add up to 10 additional people free of charge, and they do not count toward your paid user quota.
5. How long do we actually have access to the platform?
A “1-month” challenge includes more than just 30 days. YuMuuv gives you:
  • Up to 2 weeks before the challenge for setup, communication and onboarding
  • 1 week after the challenge for summarizing results and reporting
In practice, that means you often get around 7 weeks of access for a 1-month program.

7. Can we change the number of users later?
Yes, we know participation can grow once people hear about the challenge. If your number of registered users on YuMuuv platform changes significantly, we’ll adapt your plan and pricing with you so it remains fair and transparent.
8. What currencies do you support?
YuMuuv currently supports pricing in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, AED, and BRL. For other currencies or global setups, we’ll calculate a custom offer.
9. How many companies use YuMuuv?
YuMuuv has been used by more than 1,000 companies with users in over 100 countries, across many different industries and company sizes.
10. What forms of payment do you accept?
We typically accept invoices paid by bank wire transfer and card payments via Stripe.
11. Will I be charged sales tax or VAT?
No – we don’t add sales tax, and no VAT is added either, except for companies based in Estonia (where Estonian VAT applies).
12. How fast can we get started?
Very fast. Technically, there are no limitations – YuMuuv can be set up in less than a day. In practice, the timing usually depends on your internal communication and approvals, because successful challenges need clear messaging and launch planning. We’ll walk you through a quick rollout plan on the call so you can start as soon as you’re ready.
