Statistics
Admins (if it is not enabled for regular users) can also access a company report on the Statistics page. This monthly report provides various statistics including engagement rate, the most advanced user, the most active day within your company, and more. To review statistics from previous months, click on the month button in the top right corner.

- Employees: Use the pencil icon to input the number of employees in your company for more accurate statistics on the dashboard.
- Total users: This reflects the number of employees who have created an account in the YuMuuv app.
- Active users: The number of employees actively using the app.
- Employee engagement rate: Calculated as a percentage of employees compared to total users.
- User engagement rate: Calculated as a percentage of total users compared to active users.
- Users with HR monitor: This metric helps determine what types of challenges you can organize. Users tracking activity via phones have limited data points, while those using heart-rate monitors provide a broader variety of metrics.
- Most active: Based on the median YuMuuv activity index, indicating who has the highest activity level.
- Most advanced: The individual who has shown the greatest improvement compared to the previous month.
- Most engaged: The person who has used the YuMuuv app the most.
- Average daily steps: The average number of steps taken by the company’s employees during a specific month.
- Exemplary active users: The number of users exceeding the 100% activity level.
- Median activity: Known as the “North Star KPI”, this metric indicates how active the median employee is within your company. Over time, it reveals activity trends.
- Total steps: The total number of steps recorded by employees using the app in a given month.
- Total calories: The total kilocalories burned by employees using the app in a given month.
- Total minutes: The total activity minutes recorded by employees using the app in a given month.
- Most active day: The single most active day among all employees in a given month.
- Challenges: The number of ongoing and completed challenges within a specific month.
- Challenge participants: The number of users who participated in a challenge.
